Lisa’s 28 year career with IBM includes extensive solution experience working globally with Healthcare payers and providers, Federal, State and Local government agencies, helping to address their challenges with innovative solutions. Her vast experience helps to incorporate lessons learned to bring forward best options for client needs, particularly in fiscal and budget constrained environments. Her focus has not changed – bring experience, skills and focus to help clients find ways to solve their challenges, achieve their goals and improve the relationship with their customers or citizens. Most recently, Lisa has been working in IBM’s Business Analytics and Optimization group to address healthcare and government fraud and improper payments, program integrity, Big Data analytics and strategic change planning.
Her career with IBM has helped develop and fuel a passion for community service in global causes. Colleagues In Care’s global healthcare collaboration model is and will change the way that healthcare is delivered in the underserved regions of the world. The foundation and mission of CIC connects with other organizations important to her: The Clinton Foundation, RFK Center for Justice and Human Rights, Church of the Holy Family Haiti Committee and Teacher-to-Teacher Program and improving the science and math programs in K-12 schools through use of innovative technologies.

A graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, Lisa has two sons and resides in Virginia Beach, Virginia. She is a multiple recipient of The President’s Volunteer Service Award, IBM ECCC Chairman’s Circle, IBM Means Service, Hundred Percent Club and Golden Circle. She is also a Board member for the Penn State Club of Greater Hampton Roads.
